Taste the evolution of Underhill Shiraz, Dry Red Wine No. 2 and Dry Red Wine No.1 with a comparative of these iconic wines both as a new release and after some bottle maturation. Often these museum wines will also be available to purchase.

Please note: 

Multiple tasting options within a group booking cannot be accommodated. All participants need to book for the same tasting. 

Maximum booking size is 6 guests. We cannot accommodate tour groups or large group requests. 

if you have a designated driver please make note of this in the notes section of your booking so we can allocate them a seat! 

You will need to allow an hour for your tasting. Should you be more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your booking to accommodate the next seating.
